Signature Requirements

• If a signature requirement is waived at the customer’s request, the customer accepts full responsibility for the package once delivered.

Shipping Responsibility

To qualify for a full refund, the watch must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be unsized and unadjusted

• Must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee.
