Join us at the Sanctuary Resort in Paradise Valley for a 4 part presentation by Seiko. Each part of the presentation will be accompanied with food and an open bar. Starting by the pool, Seiko will present some of their latest dive watches with an informative seminar and entertaining demonstration. Next we will head to the garden for Seiko to present their latest rare art pieces with an informative lecture on the stories behind the inspiration for each piece. Afterwards, we will head up the hill to enjoy custom crafted cocktails that were each inspired by the watches from Seiko's cocktail time collection. Finally we will head over to the ballroom to meet with Seiko's executives that flew in from Japan to reveal unseen limited and Japan only models. You will not want to miss out on this once in a life time event.

Returning Merchandise to


DOMESTIC (orders shipped to the 50 United States , Puerto Rico , and APO/FPO addresses) will accept the return of merchandise within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, will refund your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, or other charges. Merchandise must be in "new and unused condition" (defined below) to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Special orders are not returnable. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.


*If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 2 business days after receipt at 480-214-0272 or 1-800-486-3996. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at 480-214-0272 or 1-800-486-3996.


INTERNATIONAL (orders shipped outside the U.S. )


If you received the wrong product or a defective item , you can return the item within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, gift packaging, or other charges. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, your refund will be issued.




The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.


You must obtain a Return for Inspection (RFI) number from Arizona Fine Time before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. Contact a Customer Service Specialist by calling 480-214-0272 or 1-800-486-3996 to obtain an RFI number.


All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "New and unused condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security tags are still attached; and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.


Return Instructions:


- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork.
