- Orders placed outside normal business hours are processed the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

- However, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion based on shipping risk, security concerns, fraud indicators, or prior delivery experience with a destination.
Delivery Estimates

Signature Requirements

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, the watch must meet all of the following requirements:
- Must be unworn and unused
- Must be unsized and unadjusted
- Must include all original packaging and materials, including:Box and outer packagingTags and protective materialsManuals and warranty cardsAny included accessories or paperwork
- Must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee.
